GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRING AND TRANSFER OF ROYALTIES

1. The hiring and the loan of the photographs of Henri Solomon are subjected to the present general conditions.

2. The photographs are protected by the law from March 11, 1957 on the author's copyright and artistic and all later laws, consequently the works lent by Henri Solomon cannot be used in some form that it is without preliminary authorization.

3. The authorization of reproduction is effective only after acceptance of customer and the integral payment purchase order of the corresponding rights within the time envisaged. Non payment of the rights involves the denunciation of the convention of transfer of the royalties with immediate effect, prohibiting consequently the exploitation of the photographs used under penalty of law-suit with request for repair.

4. The rights of use are yielded in a restrictive way in time and duration, for precise uses. It is never exclusive except written agreement.

5. The payment of the invoices must be carried out at 30 fine maximum days of month the 10, date of invoicing.

6. The legal mention " © Henri Solomon" is mandatory, either beside the publication or in the appropriations photographs.

7. Two copies of the publication are to be provided as of publication to the address of the author indicated above.
